“Jamie has been a deeply compassionate and intuitive guide on my healing journey.
She has partnered with me to work through trauma and relationship issues – both personal and professional – by helping me have a loving curiosity about my inner workings.
She has adapted her approach to meet my changing needs, and she has intuitively known when to offer gentle support and when to push me outside my comfort zone.
I am incredibly grateful for her expertise and highly recommend her services.”

She is a keen observer who’s guided me toward a deeper understanding of myself.
Her patience and compassion have helped me work through barriers that have accompanied me throughout my life.
She’s given me tools and methods that have helped me navigate my day to day in new ways.
Working with Jamie has transformed my relationship with myself which in turn has had an ongoing rippling positive impact on all of my relationships.
A life changed…
Enduring healing is possible
It feels almost impossible to detail the impact Jamie has had on my life.
I was looking for a therapist to help me with my ex-husband’s infidelity and had an appointment
with someone different, but my schedule shifted, and I was forced to reschedule with a different
provider.
Jamie stood out to me because of her experience with PTSD, which is actually the root of the
root, the bud of the bud of my pain. I am a childhood sexual assault survivor of incest,
psychological torture, and physical assault. Doubtless, I had a tough peak to climb.
Jamie is patient, compassionate, honest, and experienced.
Over the years we have worked together, my positive growth is undeniable. Usually, she pushes back when I give her credit; she always expresses her perspective that it has been me doing the work.
However. I know deep down to the core of my being that I would not be here, in this body, in this
comfort of true authenticity, positioned towards a future of certainty that my future life will be
curated to be exactly what the me, the real me, without hiding or lying to myself, will want and
need.
And, it will be easy. Because I’ve been provided the tools and perspective to make
accurate, undoubtedly exactly what is precisely the right thing for me at that time.
It feels almost magical, destined, touched by angels that Jamie and I found each other to work
together. She may not be the right match for every client seeking support; But, she is the perfect
provider for me. And I’m eternally grateful. And so are the people in my life.
My bestie of 50 years said I am the most healed person she knows. I couldn’t have done it without Jamie.
Final thought, my bestie, who I share Jamie’s wisdom with, calls it “share-apy.”
