Imagine what your life would be like if you developed the courage to love yourself, believe in yourself and value yourself as much as you wished someone else would. (This is an inward soulful journey, not an ego trip.)

Therapy in Boulder, CO for Couples, Individuals, Life Transition Coaching, and Spiritual Growth & Healing

As a Boulder therapist and life transitions coach, I work with individuals and couples through the inevitable emotional and relational challenges of life. Together we explore how to shift from fear and reactive-based patterns into choices grounded in trust, clarity, and inspiration.

Whether you’re navigating relationship struggles, anxiety, grief, life transitions or spiritual growth, our work helps you reconnect with your authentic self.

Feeling Blocked? Shift to Acceptance and Inspiration

I can show you how to embrace these seemingly opposites in powerful ways for your life and relationships.

We come to live our inspired life, relationships, and work because of, not in spite of, our greatest challenges and pain. Every difficult experience contains an invitation to live from a broader, more joyful place. I support individuals and couples as they learn to move out of fear-based states and into clarity, compassion, and grounded presence.

When you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from your inner guidance, therapy becomes a pathway back to your natural resilience, creativity and sense of connection to the greater infinite whole. Together we explore the emotional, relational, and spiritual patterns that keep you looping in anxiety, avoidance, or self-criticism, and slowly invite forward the parts of you that are ready for healing, confidence, and authentic expression. This work helps you reconnect with purpose and possibility so you can meet your life with greater trust and inspiration.

“Move, but don’t move the way fear makes you move.”

~Rumi

Relationships, life transitions, and spiritual growth often bring us into freeze, fight, flight, or faint patterns. Yet these same experiences can open the door to profound transformation. Coaching or counseling with me will help you meet your fears with curiosity and courage, allowing fuller access to your natural resilience, creativity, and inner truth.
